Move Out Checklist

Detailed Move Out Checklist 

1. Remove all debris, rubbish and discard from the property. Place trash at road for pick up

2. Remove all stickers, nails, tape, brackets, crayon marks and any other script from the walls. Small nail holes permitted; large holes will be deducted from deposit. Please do NOT patch holes. 

3. The stove should be cleaned thoroughly to include the racks, inside the oven, behind the oven the surface and oven drawers, Use self-clean cycle if provided on appliance

4. The refrigerator should be cleaned thoroughly to include racks, inside the fridge, behind the fridge and the fridge drawers.

5. The dishwasher should be cleaned thoroughly to include racks and inside and outside surface

 6. The kitchen/bathroom cabinets should be wiped out 

7. All doors and windows to be wiped down

8. All toilets to be cleaned, report any malfunctions or leaks

9. The Tub/Showers should be wiped down and free of soap scum 

10.Clean all light fixture and replace burnt out lightbulbs

11.Dust all baseboards and air vents

12. Change AC filter for last time

13. Sweep/ Mop the floors (steam clean if carpets)
